After just 12 months the business is already seeing huge benefits from the move to its purpose-built home in Dewsbury.

“It is a rare chance to be able to sit down and plan out the perfect working environment on a blank sheet, but that is exactly what we have been able to do with our premises at Bretton Park’” explains managing director Shaun Daniels.

“We took the opportunity to examine every process within the business, looked at how they related to each other and how jobs flowed through the building. Everything has been done to keep that work flow as smooth as possible and the result is an environment that is not only more productive but also a more enjoyable and safer place in which to work.”

From custom craneage, designed, fabricated and assembled in-house to small, but nevertheless important, details such as constructing factory doors at a height that ensures even the largest fabrication leaving the building is guaranteed to fit under a motorway bridge – the business has made no compromises in creating its new home.

“After a year at Bretton Park we now all take our working environment for granted – it’s not until we experience the reaction from visitors that we realise what we have created here.

The customers that have already visited our factory have been seriously impressed by the facility and there is no doubt that our business now has a significantly elevated status in their minds – a factor that most definitely help us to win more work in the future.
