Health & Safety – Managing and minimising risk

Our personnel are often required to work in hazardous conditions as they survey and manage manufacturing and installation projects for our clients and it is the Company's aim to ensure any risk to our employees, customers and the public is minimised through careful management, strict adherence to policy and the appropriate training.

Safety is an integral part of the design of all the systems we manufacture and the processes we use to manufacture these systems, whether in our own facilities or out on customer sites. As an international business our employees encouter vast differences in health and safety cultures around the globe but our training programmes and policies ensure that the rules of best practice are followed in order to carry out all work in a safe and responsible fashion.

A&J Ekstroms maintains a programme of continual personal training and development on health and safety both internally and where applicable by using external courses and advisors to ensure all employees are fully aware of current practices, recommendations and legislation.
